Benefits of holding Hamubay real estate token

Profits of real estate investment in general and Hamubay project investment in particular on Unirealchain’s platform come from two sources: Profit-taking and leasing.

• When the project achieves good profits, the Unirealchain team will act on behalf of investors to take profits. For commercial and rental properties, investors will get dividends based on rental profits. The profits will be calculated based on the total number of tokens or shares that investors are holding. The profits will be distributed once a year to investors.
• Project profit-taking will be approved based on voting. If the total number of votes is above 51%, the project will be closed. Only investors who lock the tokens can vote and receive profit from this profit-taking. After taking profits, all these tokens will be burned, then investors will receive the UNRS corresponding to the profit.
• Besides, when investors want to divest, they can liquidate on UnirealEx, UnirealSwap, or sell directly to Unirealchain. Unirealchain commits to redeem the project’s tokens one year after the start of the investment.
• If investors do not want to lock the expected tokens to receive dividends, they can unlock them and transfer them to a trading wallet for trading.

The profit potential of Hamubay project

With convenient transportation location, the profit potential of the Hamubay project will strongly increase when Dau Giay Phan Thiet Expressway operates in the fourth quarter of 2022, which shortens the distance between Ho Chi Minh City and Phan Thiet to 2-hour traveling only.

In addition, the inauguration of Phan Thiet International Airport in April 2021 is a huge boost to the profit potential of Phan Thiet.
